Competitor intel your reps can trust.
Flankline is a managed competitor desk for B2B SaaS sales teams. Every line is sourced and dated, checked by a person, and kept current monthly. No tool to manage, no call to buy.
One competitor, public sources, delivered within 48 hours of your request. Free teardowns are for B2B SaaS companies with a sales team.
A desk your team never has to maintain
We build a battlecard for each of your key competitors and keep it current. Your reps open one link, with no login, and find what they need before the call.
- A battlecard per competitor: snapshot, pricing, where you win and lose, when to walk away, questions to ask, objection rebuttals, and dated sources.
- A pricing tracker across all your competitors.
- A monthly refresh on your fixed refresh date, plus a short email listing what changed.
- Rebuttals tuned to the deals you lost, built from the notes you choose to share.
- Written support by email.
Your desk lives at one permanent link, updated in place, with past versions kept on the same page. Each client gets a fixed refresh date (the 1st, 8th, 15th, or 22nd of the month), and the desk always shows the next one.
How it works
- Request a free teardown of your top competitor. It covers one competitor, uses public sources, and arrives within 48 hours.
- Choose a plan by email. We reply with a secure Stripe payment link. There are no calls at any step.
- Fill in a short onboarding form: your competitors, recent lost deals, and the objections your reps hear. Onboarding starts within 48 hours of signup.
- Get your first desk within 10 business days of the onboarding form. You approve every card before it reaches your team.
- It stays current. Every card is refreshed monthly on your fixed date.
Pricing
Published prices in US dollars. Month-to-month, and you can cancel any time by email. Every plan includes everything above; plans differ only in how many competitors we cover.
| Plan | Competitors covered | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 | $1,000 |
| Core | 5 | $1,500 |
| Plus | 8 | $2,500 |
One-time setup: $1,500, waived for founding clients.
Founding clients
Our first five clients get setup waived and their monthly price locked for 12 months. In return, we ask for honest written feedback. We'll only name you as a client with your permission. This offer ends when five clients have signed.
Our guarantee
We guarantee the work. We never guarantee results like win rates or revenue.
- Your first desk arrives within 10 business days of your onboarding form.
- Any error you report is fixed within 2 business days.
- If your first desk isn't usable, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We'll redo it once, and if it's still not usable, we'll refund your first month in full.
How we keep it accurate
AI drafts every card from public sources. A person checks every card, and you approve it before it reaches your team.
- No source, no claim. Every fact points to a source and the date we checked it.
- A second check matches each claim against its saved source.
- Fact and opinion stay separate. Our analysis is labelled "Our read," and vendors' claims about themselves are labelled as vendor claims.
Our cards say "verified against public sources as of the date shown," never "guaranteed accurate." Competitors change their pages without notice. That's why the desk is refreshed monthly and errors are fixed fast.
How we work
- Public information only. We never pose as a buyer, sign up for a competitor's demo or trial under false pretenses, or use leaked material.
- No conflicts. We never work for two direct competitors at the same time.
- Your notes stay yours. Lost-deal notes you share are used only to build your desk.
Not included
- Calls or meetings. Everything happens in writing.
- Non-public information about your competitors.
- Guaranteed win rates or revenue.
- Legal review of comparisons you publish externally.
- Setup inside your CRM or other tools.
Is a managed desk worth it for your team?
Teams with fewer than about 5 reps, or with one main competitor, usually don't need one. Email us your team size and main competitors, and we'll give you an honest answer, including "not worth it."
